1. Who operates this website

2. Product information and course scope
Each listing should state the topic, level, format, prerequisites, included materials, access/delivery method, access duration if limited, support and total price. Some listings or content may be labelled preview/sample; a preview is not a promise of full lessons, certificates, instructor access or a learning-platform account. Contact us before purchase if any detail is unclear.
3. Orders, payment and confirmation
Review items, quantity, discounts, taxes and the final amount before paying. An order is confirmed as paid only after payment is server-verified as captured. A pending payment message does not mean the payment failed—do not pay again until you check its status or contact support. Payment-provider branding and terms may appear in the hosted payment window.
4. Prices, invoices and GST
The payable amount and applicable tax treatment should be displayed before confirmation. VARRIATION INNOVATION IT PRIVATE LIMITED will issue invoice or tax documentation as required by applicable law and the company’s registration status. GST particulars, including GSTIN where legally required, must reflect verified company records; no GST registration number should be assumed from this page alone. If you need a business invoice, contact support promptly with correct billing details.
5. Delivery and customer support
Digital items are delivered using the method and timing stated on the product page and in the Digital Delivery Policy. A payment receipt alone does not necessarily create a course-platform login or provide access to material that has not been prepared. Tell us promptly if a paid item or access instruction has not arrived.
6. Custom IT-service enquiries
An optional project brief or contact-form message is an enquiry, not an automatically accepted work order. Before a custom project starts, the company and customer should agree in writing on scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, revisions, support, price, applicable taxes and cancellation terms. Do not send passwords, API keys or confidential third-party information in a brief.
7. Learning outcomes and responsible use
Courses and informational materials are educational and do not guarantee a job, salary, promotion, certificate, exam result, business outcome or particular technical result. Unless a listing says otherwise, purchased material is for personal learning and may not be copied, publicly redistributed, resold or used to violate another person’s rights. Cybersecurity topics must be used only for authorized, lawful purposes.
8. Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights
Refund eligibility and the process are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be excluded, or to limit remedies available under applicable consumer law.
9. Privacy and security
Checkout, support-form and payment records are used for order fulfilment, customer service, security, records and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy. Never share payment authentication secrets with support.
